20 Years Visa

The PVIP provides 20 years visa with the option to extend a further 20 years (20 years + 20 years)

Permitted to Work

PVIP participants are allowed to work for any employer without restriction

Permitted to conduct Businesses

PVIP participants are allowed to carry out business activities and investments without a local partner

Permission to Study

PVIP participants are allowed to study in Malaysia

No Minimum Stay Required

PVIP participants are not required to meet any physical presence or minimum stay criteria.

No Age Restrictions

The Principal applicant is not subject to any age restrictions.

Dependent

PVIP participants are allowed to bring their spouse, children, parents, and parents-in-laws as dependents

Domestic Helper

PVIP participants are allowed to bring in one domestic helper following the guidelines of immigration department

APPLICATION PROCESS

Appointment

All you have to do is to appoint EXODUS as your official consultant and sponsor.

Pre Screen

The principal should gather the required documents and send them to EXODUS for a preliminary assessment.

Processing of Application

The principal is required to send the original documents to EXODUS office and make a partial payment.

Submission

EXODUS will proceed with the submission of the PVIP application to the Immigration Department for further processing

Approval

Application to arrive in Malaysia

  • Opening a bank account in Malaysia and depositing RM 1 million into a fixed deposit account.
  • Perform a medical check up
  • Purchase health insurance (Only applicable to applicants below the age of 60)

PVIP Visa Endorsement

EXODUS will initiate the process of obtaining PVIP visa endorsement from the Immigration department and will ensure the delivery of the passport to your designated location upon its completion.
